Navarra Home Selling Group

Real Estate Times Have Changed- no surprise there.  What may surprise both buyers and sellers is that many agents continue to approach the real estate market as though the times have not changed to the significant degree that they have.  Some sales persons are merely "waiting for the market to come back".

The real truth is that the market is never going to "come back" to what it was.  The real truth is that the days of easy money and quick mortgage loans are gone forever.  The new rules from the US Capitol are making it difficult for even the most creditworthy buyers to easily obtain mortgage financing.  Sellers are now looking to a vastly reduced pool of buyers available and able to purchase.  The results of governmental actions are far less buyers for the still mountain of unsold homes- and that reduced number of buyers also exerts downward pricing pressures- in other words, buyers are just not paying what they used to pay.  And who can blame them?  Think about your personal situation in these disastrous economic times- haven't your expectations, desires, and goals changed?

At Navarra Home Selling Group, we engage in a far more pro-active and knowledge-based realty practice.  Throughout the fall of the economy and its continuing troubles, our financial experts advised us on what to expect.  We took a hard look at the types of internet marketing to determine the electronic marketing that is working and that which needs to be discontinued.  We surveyed hundreds of buyers and sellers- and learned that we've been spot on in our philosophy- it's the honest personal service and the genuine caring and concern that count the most.

Sellers and Buyers receive without exception the very best that can be expected when they are being represented by the Navarra Home Selling Group.  The small number of recapped Testimonials found elsewhere on this site attest to the unsurpassed quality received by those we exclusively represent.
